Booking speakers on Spotcast
How do I book a speaker or moderator?
Open a profile, pick an offering and send a request with the date, place and audience. The talent replies with an offer. Sending a request is free, and you only pay after you accept an offer.
What does a speaker cost?
Talents on Spotcast list fixed fees from 240 € to 5.800 € per booking, depending on format, length and audience. Others quote on request once they know your event. Travel can come on top: each offer shows what is included.
Speaker, guest speaker or moderator: what's the difference?
Speakers and guest speakers give a keynote or talk on their topic, usually 20 to 60 minutes. Moderators and hosts guide the audience through the programme, lead panels and keep time. Many talents offer both, as well as workshops and panel appearances.
Can I book Austrian speakers for events in Germany or Switzerland?
Yes. Every profile lists the countries a talent takes bookings in and the languages they speak. Travel can come on top: each offer shows what is included.
Why book through Spotcast instead of a speaker agency?
