My path into sales started around 15 years ago. In 2017 I've founded an internal Sales Academy in 2017 — because expertise means nothing if it stays in one head. Alongside that, I began working independently as a consultant, trainer, and coach, and joined IAB Austria's board.

Today, through Melik Consulting, I bring it all together for my clients: strategy, leadership, and capability - not separately, but as one.

What I do is straightforward: I help sales organizations get stronger - building strategy from scratch, stepping in as interim sales leadership during transitions, or training teams to close the skill gaps that cap performance.

How I do it is what clients remember. I get close to the day-to-day reality: the unused CRM, the knowledge walking out the door, the junior hire with no plan and turn strategy into structures that survive after I leave. And I hold one principle firmly: teams need to develop their own solutions, not receive mandates from above.

Why clients love it comes down to the feel of working together: hands-on, proactive, always tied to the goals we set at the start - professional yet personal. I bring deep sales know-how and genuinely care whether the people in the room succeed. That's the whole reason I fell for this work.
